1. Will my health insurance pay for concierge services?
While most insurance plans and Medicare decline to pay for
comprehensive preventative medicine examinations, your
annual fee may be reimbursed by corporate benefit plans,
including flexible spending accounts (FSA's) and medical savings
accounts (MSA's).
2. Can the concierge fee be applied to my deductible?
Many plans allow the retainer fee to be applied to the annual
deductible portion of the patients policy. Medicare will not!
3. What is Dr. Brownlee's fee for this innovative type of
medical care?
$1,500 per year per patient, paid annually or $375 billed
quarterly to your credit card.
4. What is included for this fee?

5. What types of insurance are compatible with concierge
care?
Most types of insurance are compatible, such as Medicare and
PPO's. Some HMO's are not.
6. Is there a discount for other family members?
Dr. Brownlee does care for member's children ages 15 to 25
who attend school or college. We bill the parent's insurance
company for those services. The annual preventive physical
exam, lab studies, and wellness program are NOT included.
7. I have family members from out of town who visit me
occasionally, can the doctor see them?
Yes, should a guest become ill unexpectedly, the doctor will see
them.
