James Schoemehl

James Schoemehl has over 25 years of experience in the aesthetic device space with extensive experience ranging from sales, sales management, and product launches to brand strategy, startups, and successful operation of a full-service medical spa. As CEO, James is deeply committed to providing inspired leadership to the executive team, building strategic partnerships and alliances, modeling a great company culture, and developing relationships based on trust and integrity at all stages of the customer experience.
James lives in St. Louis, MO with his five children and his wife, with whom he owns and operates a medical spa specializing in aesthetics procedures. He enjoys traveling the country visiting his extended family.

Blair Kohlmeyer brings his extensive experience in the medical device industry to his role as Chief Operating Officer. He has led and managed multiple sales teams, previously being recognized as the top sales representative in the country while working for some of the largest aesthetics device companies in the industry, and now currently plays a crucial role in driving technological innovation and company growth at MDelite. As COO, Blair is dedicated to operating a company that does things differently and always has the best interest of the customer in mind.
Blair is originally from Indiana but has lived with his wife and four children in Minnesota for the past 15 years. He’s a former Division I soccer player, current avid golfer, and dedicated supporter of his kid’s hockey teams.

Mitchell Halpert

Mitchell Halpert brings over 14 years of experience in the aesthetics industry to his role as Vice President of Sales and Marketing. MDelite blends his background deeply rooted in vision and aesthetics, with his father being an optometrist and mother working for top plastic surgeons globally. Mitchell has played key roles in growing several, small companies, by correctly identifying their potential in very early stages. Past achievements include multiple awards for Director of the Year, Rep of the Year, and President’s Club. In his current position, Mitchell oversees national sales, developing and growing a team, marketing, industry analysis and trends, while facilitating both new customer acquisition and existing account satisfaction.
Mitchell is a devoted family man, happily married, and resides in Atlanta, Georgia. He’s a doting “father” to a mini-goldendoodle and has a passion for fitness, self-improvement, and travel. Outside of work, you can find Mitchell spending quality time with his loved ones, immersed in a good book, and enjoying fine dining.

Dan Pitzl has over a decade of experience as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), primarily working with closely held businesses in financial advisory and consultancy roles where he’s handled everything from tax preparation and financial planning to payroll, accounting, and other consulting services. Dan plays a critical role in helping manage our company’s fiscal activities, demonstrating a consistent ability to drive financial performance, navigate complexities, and ensure that MDelite remains well-positioned for sustainable success.
Dan is from the Twin Cities area of Minnesota where he lives with his wife and children. In his spare time, he enjoys traveling, golfing, and attending concerts and sporting events. He has a lifelong passion of helping people through work, business, community, and youth athletics.

Mile Brujic
OD, FAAO, Premier Vision Group

Mile Brujic, OD, FAAO is a 2002 graduate of the New England College of Optometry. He is a partner of Premier Vision Group, a successful two location optometric practice in Northwest Ohio. He practices full scope optometry with an emphasis on ocular disease management of the anterior segment and specialty contact lenses. He is active at all levels of organized optometry. Dr. Brujic is on the editorial board for a number of optometric publications. He has published over 450 articles and has given over 2200 lectures, both nationally and internationally on contemporary topics in eye care.

Dr. Dalton Brothers is a third generation optometrist that is both focused and engaged in his pursuit of offering a comprehensive dry eye solution in Joplin, MO. This mission started during his undergraduate career with a degree in Biochemistry and emphasis on regenerative medicine. This journey continues today with the offering of custom scleral contact lenses, Platelet Rich Plasma eye drops, IPL/RF treatments, photobiomodulation therapy, and various other dry eye and aesthetic services. As a dedicated optometrist specializing in the field, Dr. Brothers is focused on exploration into the modern solutions for managing this eye condition and various ocular diseases using these technologies. Outside of the clinic, Dr. Brothers enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife and daughters and weekends at the lake whenever possible.

Craig Thomas, O.D. is from Houston, Texas and earned his Doctor of Optometry Degree from the University of Houston College of Optometry in 1983. He has practiced continuously in Dallas, Texas for the past 42 years and is a noted consultant, lecturer and author.
Dr. Thomas is licensed as an Optometric Glaucoma Specialist and has delivered hundreds of continuing education courses to optometrists on topics that include clinical neurophysiology, glaucoma, diabetes and diabetic retinopathy, surgical procedures, and the delivery of energy-based treatments like low-level light therapy and intense pulsed light therapy.
Dr. Thomas' professional accomplishments include being a member of the American Optometric Association for 46 years and being named Optometrist of the Year by the Texas Optometric Association in 2001.
